Kenyan Law Firm Joins Forces with Raise 3 for Africa’s First Security Token Framework

Kenya isn’t playing games when it comes to making headways with blockchain technology. A press release distributed by several news outlets in Kenya showed that Bahamian Tech startup, Raise 3 and Kenyan Law Firm, A & K would be working on a project to launch Africa’s first security token framework.

The two entities would be working on the development of contract templates, legal definitions, offerings, and technological standards for security tokens that represent ownership of real-world assets.

The framework is to be shared with the African Digital Asset Framework (ADAF), an open source platform that allows for the consolidation of blockchain development standards.
